Dec. 3rd (Saturday) Camp

Hi all. The choices are few for this next camp, but I know we will all be busy during the holidays - there is a purpose for that.
We will do the snowman card for January if you were wondering.
Camp will be 12/3 from 5-7 p.m. at my house.
RSVP by Saturday, Nov. 26th. Sorry for the short notice.

Here's the pics and info:
Stockings $.50 each - all the stockings will be different papers. You will need a dry tape runner that holds super great to make them "pouchy" or you can take them home and sew them in a long stick - small stitches "cut" them. You can't fit a lot in them. Money, checks, candy canes/sticks - little stuff like that will work great.

Merry Christmas Tree $1.00 each - paper and coordinating supplies will differ

Merry Christmas House $1.00 Each - paper will be different, card opens in center

11-11-11 Camp

Even though this camp will be on 11-11-11, it will not take place from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. - will not. :) It will actually run from 6-8 p.m. and will be in my home.

Now I realize this is a holiday weekend, if you need to order a kit for pick-up before hand or after, you are welcome to do so - just let me know you are doing
that.

RSVP how many of each card you would like to make by Oct. 19th. Please remember that some colors, patterns, ribbons, etc. could be altered to make the card coordinate should I need to. Greetings on the fall cards will be different as I don't have those images.

Sizzix Stocking Making Quilts

Oh, my... I love a few new stamp sets from the NEW catalog and I have had to stop myself for now, but it won't last. I'm having so much fun with them! Button Buddies and Occasions Alphabet are featured in this camp and I am sure we haven't seen the last of them any time soon, so I hope you love them too.

March Stamp Camp

First of all, I apologize for taking pictures so early in the morning and they are lousy - should have been wearing my contacts! Second, good thing I stamp better than I take pictures. :)

We'll be pitching the stamp camp on Saturday, March 5th, from 2 - 4 p.m. at my house. If you are going to Nascar, I can put your kit together for you to pick up.

For the fine details... Please RSVP by 2/25 for the quantity of each card you would like to make. The chocolate cards printed paper designs will vary. The clip on the "To Do List" card could be a different color. I have a very limited amount of metalware for the "So Much Chocolate" card. I will keep you posted as orders come in. "Thank You For Being You" Card may change colors based on supplies.

Won't You Be My Sweetheart? Valentine's Camp, Anyone?

It is time to make Valentine's for all the sweethearts in your life at my house on Saturday, Feb. 5th, from 1-3 p.m. (we have to be finished by 3 so make sure you arrive with enough time to finish). Obviously, different colored supplies will be used, but I can't choose a favorite out of these. Cost per card is $.75 each. Preorder your quantity to make by January 29th please.

Other October Crafts

I thought today I would share a few other big crafting projects I have done this month. First, the bear baby blanket. I started this blanket, ummm, about 11 years ago. Puff quilts are way cute, but too much work for me. I guess that is why I started it and then put it away in a closet. I finally finished it for a best friend's daughter's little boy due in December. It'll be nice and warm for him in Utah.
Second, my pal, Bonnie, was doing a wedding cake and we had both received the Cricut Cake as a gift this year, so... we decided to see if we could make something beautiful out of it. With her baking the cake and getting it all frosted and stacked, I showed up for the easier part - running the Cricut. We learned a lot in the hours it took to put this beauty together. Maybe I will try it again soon - time permitting.

I can hardly believe how long it has been since I have been able to plan a stamp night, but that's the way life goes!

Create with Connie & Julie Challenge #9

Well, there is nothing like the last minute to get you moving right? Sadly, this is the last challenge for the Occasions Mini Catalog Edition of Create with Connie and Julie - maybe there will be a Summer Mini Catalog Edition... I saw the Summer Mini yesterday and have a great "gotta have it" list compiled!
Our challenge this week was to make a Mother's Day card. I used Vintage Vogue along with Well Scripted and the colors Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Crushed Curry, and Old Olive - check out the Olive Satin ribbon. You'll see a famous punch (scallop trim border) from the SAB book and a few sparkly rhinestones and some fabulous hardware. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to make my frame also. My mother loves green, so I had to make sure to get green throughout the card.

April 9th Camp

Hello! I am so thrilled that it is FRIDAY!!! I'm excited to hang with amazing people tonight at camp too.

Are these mini milk cartons in the carrier just adorable? You can make your own on Friday, April 9th, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at my house. Cost per kit is $6.00. (IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE CARRIER PATTERN, THE PATTERN IS $2.00. It was purchased from a copyrighted source and she will email it to you.) RSVP by March 24th please.

You will need to bring your own Tombow Mono-Adhesive (at Michael's Crafts - use a coupon) for this event. It is a double sided tape runner. Please put your name on it.

These are stamp free if you are not able to attend, but would still like to purchase a kit. :)

Another great use for the extra large flower punch! Love those punches!

Our challenge this week was the Easter card. I used the Chocolate Bunny stamp ((C) Stampin Up) stamped in Soft Suede on So Saffron along with Certainly Celery and Bashful Blue. A little ribbon and hardware for fun and I'm all done. Don't miss the Perfect Polka Dot embossed background.

Scrap or Card Camp will be on Friday, March 5th, from 5 - 7:30 p.m. in my home.
Cost per kit is $10. I ONLY HAVE 4 KITS AVAILABLE! First come, first serve... You just need to tell me if you want a scrap kit or a card kit for that evening.
Scrap kit is a 2 page 12x12 layout. Card kit has 6 cards total: 2 3x3, 2 5x7, and 2 3x6.

Create with Connie & Julie Challenge #6

Whew... I didn't think I would ever get to stamp this week!
We have been issued a design challenge for this week. I needed a birthday card, so, I made a birthday card. I really like it and I think I'll go whip out some more.
Colors I used were Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, and Mambo Melon. Stamps (C) Stampin' Up! are Birthday Bliss and Sweet Birthday. Toss in some ribbon and swiss dot embossed background plus a few dimensionals and rhinestones and it is all set!

Create with Connie & Julie #5

This week's challenge is another Color Challenge! Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, and Pumpkin Pie. I love all these colors and was excited to use them.
Since I got a few new things yesterday, I thought I would try them out. The stamp set of choice was Picnic Parade (so cute!), Kisses love notes from the occasions mini too (that's the way the white cardstock is cut in the middle of the card), toss in some cardstock of chosen colors, Mambo Melon ribbon, dimensionals, and I used the colors along with Close to Cocoa with the blender pen to color the images that were stamped in Basic Black. That's all there was too it.
Notice the birdy at the top - I stamped him on the white "kisses" cut out and also on a piece of Pumpkin Pie and trimmed him out to put on top. This way he still has legs. The mushrooms are tiny, but they look a little pschyedelic colored melon and pumpkin and olive spots!
Off to making valentine's for my kids to swap...

Happy Easter Scrapbook Layout

Yeah! This is been rolling around in my head since I saw the Eggcellent Eggs Kit in the Occasions Mini Catalog + the Easter Cricut cartridge. I love the little bunny foofoo! I did need to add more rhinestones to my layout - I figured overall, I could get 6 layouts out of a kit, but I'll do 5 plus some cards. Yes, I scrapbook in fives - I'm nuts. I also used dimsensionals and bitty brads (CTMH). That's all folks.

Create with Connie & Julie Challenge #4 - WINNER!!!

This week's challenge was tough! I can just see Connie and Julie squinting their eyes like Clint Eastwood saying, "Create some gift packaging for kids and make their day." Followed by more serious squinting and staring us down... I thought they had me, especially after Julie did a top notch trinket box and Connie some adorable animal gift boxes. Then I remembered the "Bun in the Oven" (pattern available at Papertreyink.com) I just love to make and haven't in a while.
I used Brushed Silver, Mambo Melon, and SAB paper plus a little acetate, punches, brads, dimensionals, and rhinestones to whip up a batch of heart cakes (Little Debbie has heart cakes out right now...). You can see why I love these things. If you bake your own cupcakes, you can fit one regular sized cupcake inside. Be that as it may, remember those four boys that won't follow me like well behaved quail? I couldn't bake the cupcakes for fear they would all be eaten before I got my cakes frostened and in the paper oven.
I hope you enjoyed this oven as much as I did making it!

Don't you just love punches? I do. I had a great time with my new bird/leaf punch from the mini catalog yesterday (plus a few other great punches).
I borrowed the Like-O-Meter stamp from my bud, Kim, and made this card which wasn't my what I planned on, but I like it.

Messing around in my stuff again. The set of 4 cards was a paper design in a magazine ad that I thought was gorgeous and had to make cards with - easy.
I'm lovin' the St. Patty's card. I used the large heart punch to make the shamrock behind the greeting - used good 'old Glorious Green.

I got a few new things yesterday and put them to use - Happy Together I got free with my qualifing order from SU (I've wanted this set since I first saw it) and the Sweet Pea DSP from the Occasions Mini catalog along with Taken With Teal CS and some Pumpkin Pie & So Saffron DSP I had laying around. Rhinestones from $1 bin at Michael's (always stock up on those). The challenge this week was a layout and mine is in mirror image as I wanted the appearance of well behaved chics following their mother instead of running off like my boys always seem to do!

Yes, I had some fun today. This isn't all I made, but a few worth sharing.
Card tried giving me a headache, but with Kristi, it all came together.
Used the butterfly embosslit to cut the adorable butterflies for the framed butterflies - love it. Kristine picked Lovely Lilac as the main color and I used the color wheel for the other 2.
My Cricut came out to play with some frames I had sitting around - I put vinyl on the glass and scrapbook paper behind the "Love" and wrapping paper behind the "Cupid".

Create with Connie & Julie Challenge #2

This week my challenge is a Color Challenge: Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink, and Real Red. Hmmmm, what to make? Well, I love this new die cut from Stampin' Up! called Mini Milk Carton - so do my kids. These carton's stand just about 3" high. I've cut them in the appropriate colors using the textured cardstock, wrapped them with cardstock punched with the SAB punch, Scallop Trim Border, and added a strip of paper that I fell in love with by Bo Bunny (also has a textured look to it). Added some Small Heart punchings and 1/2" library clips to hold them closed. Whalah, my 3 year old is wanting his NOW - I haven't even put the candy in it yet!

I sort of took yesterday off to driving all over the place and I got to make some fun things. I'm using items from the Occasions Mini and Sale-a-bration catalogs along with other goodies laying around in my room.
Sorry my photography skills aren't up to par with my stamping skills. The soft colors don't help much either.
There are 4 kids too many home today - I should go lock myself up (in my stamp room of course).

Stamp Camp for February 5th

Box of Love

This project was thrown together with things hidden deep in the recesses of my stamp room. The collage frame is 4x4" and I bought it at Dollartree at least a year ago, the paper in the back if from a card piece that was originally sold at Target, but I got it at Goodwill for $.33/pack of 10 (+ envelopes), and then there are dimensionals stacked 4 high behind the heart under the "V" to make it stand out. The vinyl was cut on my Cricut and the Home Decor vinyl with my "scraps". I think I made the frame for well under $2 and I love it. I'd like to thank my great friend, Georgia, for hanging out with me and forcing me (it was really hard on her to force me to be creative...) to create something! I should have taken pics of the vinyl we stuck on charger plates that she gave away for Christmas.
I'm hoping to clean more things out of my room this year (actually, in 2010) that I have been hiding from myself for far too long - wish me luck.

Scrapbook Pages!

Kristi & I whipped this one up this morning - isn't it fantastic! She will be swapping these at SU Regional real soon.

I took 2 6 x 6" layouts and stuck them to a 12 x 12" piece of cardstock to make it more user friendly for me.

This page was orginally made at 8.5 x 11" and I mounted it to a 12 x 12" piece of cardstock and added the "trash" from the tearing of the orginal.

I was having fun using the Merry Moments DSP with the red polka dot ribbon compliments of Lisa in Houston. Each layout features one sheet of the paper. Thanks Lisa!

A Little Christmas Goodie

If you don't have a scallop punch, you should put it on your Christmas wish list (then get it for your stocking!). I love it and all the cute things I get to make with it. This cute little Christmas goodie is 4 peppermint patties inside 2 scallop punches and then decorated with some layers of cardstock and stamps. They are placed inside a Wilton Pretzel Stick Bag (got it at Michael's - $1.99 for 20)and a bow to top it off. This is a great way to do some quickie Christmas gifts for people you want to remember and stay in a very reasonable budget.

Eewww - a spider!

My good friend, Andye, stopped by Saturday to make some halloween cards with me and I drummed up this little number trying out a new SU supply item: Frost White Shimmer Paint from page 27 of the Holiday Mini Catalog. The greeting is from the stamp set "Halloween Frights" in the big book. Cardstock is basic black and brushed silver. The web and spider are from CUTTLEBUG Halloween A2 Embossing Folder: Spiderweb and CUTTLEBUG Halloween 3x3 Combo Embossing & Die Set: Creepy. Add some great punches from SU, dimensionals, and rhinestones - wah lah! Creepy spider card. I also used the shimmer paint for the greeting - just dab it on your stamp and stamp with it.

Grocery Smarts in Action

So, I took a Grocery Smarts class about a month ago and I've been using it in my shopping and I must say, I love it and the money it saves my family!

I will be hosting a class on Oct. 23rd at 7 p.m. if you are interested in coming (please email me that you are coming and if you are bringing a friend). This is a no fee class, but you may want to subscribe to the Las Vegas Review Journal for coupons so bring your checkbooks just in case. You can't afford to not come and at least learn about how to use Grocery Smarts.

Check out my stash for today up above. I saved 78% off my grand total! Before my preferred customer card, other discounts, and coupons, my total was $128.64. After all the discounts were applied, I paid $28.59! Yahoo!

October Mini Stamp Camp

My Fabulous Stampin' Friends,

Due to the psycho schedule I am currently having to live on, I'm having to make some changes to my stamp camp business; I will be having "mini stamp camp" instead of the good ole regular ones I have been able to do in the past. These will be (hopefully) once a month with low project numbers. I still need you to RSVP so that I can have the supplies ready for you. Here's where we don't lose the fun of the night... I also want you to bring stuff to work on using your own goodies. I don't care if you want to cut on the Big Shot, emboss backgrounds, use a Cricut, make cards, do some scrapbooking, or clean my house - whatever makes you happy! :)

So, drum roll, please... My first mini stamp camp will be on Friday, October 2nd. The pictures above are the 2 camp projects. The cost per kit is $2.00. If you just want to come and work on other stuff and not do the kit, you are welcome to do that too, but I do need to know you are coming. This will be from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Kristi and I are having a combined Open House Saturday, Aug.29th, from 10am-1pm with make-n-takes from $.50-$2.00 at Kristi's house.

There will be a raffle for prize give aways too. Raffle tickets are for the following things:

*Buy $50 from the current catalog(s) and get 5 tkts + a choice of a retired item from your demonstrator's stash (while supplies last)

We will have the Holiday Mini Catalog available - you will be able to order from that and the big 2009-2010 catalog!

Vacation Card Making Kit

What is a vacation card making kit? It's a kit you preorder (by 8/5)and then pick it up (8/7-10 except Sunday) and do it where ever your summer vacation takes you! All you need to add to the kit is adhesive and scissors - how much easier can it get?

Cost per kit is $15. You get everything you need (except adhesive) to make all 12 cards pictured above. Not going on vacation? Rent a movie or just spend some quiet time making your cards - you can take it anywhere you'd like to work on it.

Razzleberry Lemonade Scrap Camp

Doesn't Razzleberry Lemonade sound delicious? It's so yummy I had to scrapbook it! I can't believe the diversity of the colors I got to use in the layouts. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do and are able to make it to scrap camp on Saturday, 7/18, starting at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 11:30 a.m. You will be making all the layouts pictured in the slide - a total of 8 layouts! Please note that some flowers may be different, but all pages will be stunning.

The cost per kit is $40.00 (that's only $5 per layout!) - in order to participate, you will need to prepay no later than July 1st.

If you want to order anything out of the new catalog, you can also order it that day or at scrap camp. I recommend the 6 new In Colors - I have to say I am in love with the new In Color, Rich Razzleberry! (The Bermuda Bay ink pad and refill has a quality issue currently and can not be ordered at this time - I'll keep you posted as to when you can order it.)

I'm so excited about these layouts - you get seven 2-page layouts that are fun to create and use. They feature the beautiful Walk in the Park Designer Series Paper from the Occasions Mini Catalog that ends June 29th, just like our current big catalog - don't miss out on it.

Saturday, May 16th Stampless Camp

Seriously, it is a stampless camp! It will be Saturday, May 16th, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Bring a sack lunch. :)

There are 2 fun projects for this camp:

1) I "felt" like it - a card holder purse made out of the top note die cut with 4 cards to go inside using the felt flowers. There are 2 color choices - Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red, & Old Olive OR Pink Pirouette, Baja Breeze, & Chocolate Chip - While supplies last! So sign up soon. Cost per this kit is $8.00.

2) Fairy Tale 6 page scrapbook layout. Cost for this is $25 per kit. There is no stamping, but you will need to pick up your die cuts early to pre-punch them all for this camp.

With the supplies needing to be preordered for this camp, I will need all persons to prepay. RSVP with payment by May 1st. This will allow timing for the items to get to me and to you for your pre-camp work.

There are 2 fantastic kits to choose from for the upcoming stamp camp on Saturday, April 18th, from 10 a.m. until noon. This camp will be held at Kristi's house.

THERE ARE LIMITS TO THESE KITS - once we sell out... you get the idea.

Manhattan kit is $15. It has 1 card holder (the front is see through) and 4 cards. It is stunning!

Chocolate & Vanilla kit is $10. It has 6 cards with minimal stamping and lots of fun rub-ons and chipboard. Paper designs will vary.

You can make both kits or just one - it's up to you.

Happy New Year! Sorry I've been missing in action for over 2 months, but life has a strong way of changing my plans more than I like. It is time to start having some fun!

First off, the Fall-Winter 2008 Stampin' Up catalog and the Holiday Mini catalog ends on January 18th. If there is anything you desire from the retiring list or the mini catalog, make sure you order it before January 17th. You can view them at http://www.stampinup.com at your leisure.

Out with the old, in with the new catalog on January 19th. I will have catalogs available by then if you would like to stop by and pick yours up OR you can wait until the open house / camp on Saturday, January 31st, from noon until 4 p.m. at my house. If you haven't paid yet, please remember to bring your $5 per book.

Would you like to see what is on the agenda? :) Okay, for starters there will be the kit "Alphabetically Speaking" for $18. You will make a box to hold 26 3x3 cards featuring the letters in the alphabet and envelopes to go with them. Don't be scared, it is really simple. First come, first choice of your kit colors on camp day.

What about your scrappers? Want an easy layout to place a lot of photos on? I'll be doing my favorite "waterfall" layout and you get to pick your theme! Cost per layout is $7 - you can pick by flowers, winter, Christmas, Halloween, girly, boyish -you get the idea. Here's a few photos of my winter layout:

A Happy Heart

I made this card with "A Happy Heart" stamp set in the Holiday Mini catalog with my sister-in-law in mind - she recently underwent a quadruple bi-pass after having a heart attack.
The dandelion with hearts on it was clear embossed on vanilla (the card is vanilla too) and then sponged with Real Red ink. I think you can figure out the rest from there.

Oops, I did it again... I love this shadow box!

This is what I did for fun today. The top photo was only the leaves in the background of this 12x16 shadow box and the bottom had some flowers and stuff added in - so pretty either way. Glue dots are amazing as it helps pull this project off without a glue mess. The vinyl reads: Season of Thanks, Season of Blessings, Season of Love. It is the small size offered by Stampin Up. Sorry my photographing skills are not as hot as my crafting skills.

The time has come to make some more amazing cards on Friday, September 26th. Camp will be from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Kristi's home. All kits need to be RSVPed and PREPAID by September 20th to participate.

We are doing things a little different to see if it works for you, the stampers. So many times we hear, "I am not giving my only one away!", and we thought we'd give you an option to add on certain cards. Each kit of 8 cards will cost $10.00. If you would like to add on a card or even ten more, each additional card will cost $.75 - what a bargain! Just let Kristi or I know what you would like in add-ons. With such an amazing cost as this, we do have to add... "while supplies last", but we'll do our best to get you taken care of!

FREE PROJECT!!! Did you see the punch guide? It's the first picture. Everyone can make one - all you do is punch one of everything in your cardstock ring that will be given to you. You can use these guides to know what will fit in your punches. I hold up mine to the catalog to check things out before I even stamp images so I know what fits. I love mine. You can get one too, all you need to do is RSVP one. You do not need to purchase a card kit to do this either. Make sure you don't miss out as I'm only getting all the punches out once!

Hi gals! I have 3 projects for the upcoming scrapbooking class - see the pictures attached. Class will be on Friday, Sept. 5th, in my home from 5-8 p.m. - all you need to bring is your adhesive. RSVP no later than August 31st. Please make sure you arrive with enough time to make your layouts as I will not be able to offer a make up class.

The 5 page "Friends & Flowers" layout is $10 per kit. I only have 11 of these, so get yours quick before they are gone.

"Aloha" is a 2 page layout for $4.00 per kit - there is no limit on these, but different greens may be used and the print on the red designer series paper will
vary.

"God Bless America" is a 3 page layout (pictures not included) for $6 per kit.
Rub-ons for the stars will either be white or black. Cardstock for mounting photos will not be cut as your photos are more than likely different sizes than mine. Check out the wallet size though - my new scrapping favorite! I only have 19 of these kits available - hurry, hurry!

Finally! How do I get so busy I can't even stamp?

Camp will be in my home on Friday, August 1st, from 5-8p.m. (arrive by 6:30 p.m. at the latest). You will need to let me know if you would like the "Tote Bag" or "Sack Pack" and how many of each no later than July 15th. They are $7.00 per kit. Prepay always appreciated, but you may pay that evening too.

The "Sack Pack" includes 7 gift cards for all your upcoming occasions, envelopes, and the sack. You can't go wrong having all events covered.

Okay, for the "Tote Bag", you will get the bag, and 4 each 3x3 and 3x6 coordinating cards with no greeting inside plus envelopes. Everyone will have a different paper design - all will be fabulous because that is all Stampin Up makes!

Thank you all that participated in the past scrap camp. I hope to get more ideas out of my head and on cardstock soon for more layouts. FYI, 280 kits were made at that camp! Amazing!

It's in the bag - purse, that is...

You have probably been wondering where I have been... buried in cardstock. We've had over 200 scrap projects ordered for this Saturday's camp! I started cutting what I had on hand and now it's waiting for the Stampin Up order to arrive.
Okay, I finally got my purse done (thanks to Kristi letting me borrow hers) and I just love it. I know exactly who is getting it too and she loves blue, so that is why I went with the blue inside.
Now if you love the 6x6 purse, isn't the 3x3 one adorable? I love mini things and this mini purse is no exception. I think some nice greeting in it is just the thing to add when I am ready.
I hope those of you that signed up for the purse project are hyped up for them now!
I have signed some of you up for "auto-delivery" of my blogs. If this bugs you, let me know and I'll figure out how to get your email off. If you aren't getting them and you'd like to, just let me know.

These layouts are $3.00 each. Order them by main color: Pumpkin Pie (orange), Wild Wasabi (Green), Blue Bayou (dark blue), or Soft Sky (light blue). Numbers are limited on these and there aren't many. I sure love them though! There are additional stickers to go on these pages that will be included in the kits that are not shown - you know the stuff you put on after your pictures are on the page. :)

Remember, all RSVPs are due Wednesday.

Enjoy in Turquoise currently sold out - 3 roses left. (If those all sell, we can order another pack to open up more of each color kit.)

Sage Beach sold out. ONE left of Brocade Beach.

Okay, you scrapbookers, I have the scrapbook camp for you on Saturday, June 14th! It will be held at Kristi's home from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Make sure to bring a dish to share as we will do this up right - potluck style. Other needs will be your own scissors and adhesive.
There are a lot of layouts to choose from and color / paper design choices on some of the layouts. Most are while supplies last, so RSVP ASAP. Some we can order more of based on orders received. The prices are low so they'll go fast.
If you can not attend or live out of town, you can still order your kits. Any stamping needed will be done and included in your kit. You will need to pay for shipping costs also.
The pricing is as follows:
Purse scrapbook (the tags pull out from the inside) $10.00 each
Enjoy (choose Rose or Turquoise or no preference) $9.00 each
Just Delightful Notes in Celery $4.00 each
Just Delightful in Bashful $4.00 each

CSN Graduate

I made this layout for my pal, Tamra, that just graduated from CSN - a mature layout for a college woman. I used Stampin Up's Basic Black, Brilliant Blue, and Yoyo Yellow cardstocks for almost the whole thing and cut the images with Cricut's Locker Talk, Base Camp, and Celebrations cartridges. Topped it off with some ribbon and accessories and her beautiful face captured on film will be the best decoration to finish them off. Congrats on all your hard work, Tamra!

A blog is born!

I got up this morning and created my blog. I hope it doesn't take 9 months to take it's full shape. I hope to work on it a little bit everyday and journal what I have done. I can't keep everything I make, so this will help ease the pain of giving my "last one" of everything away.
